Last updated: 28 June 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms govern your use of the OSPEA website and platform. By using OSPEA, you agree to these Terms.
OSPEA is a trading name of Teona Burchuladze, sole trader registered for Self Assessment in the United Kingdom. London, United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use OSPEA.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account.
3. Beta status
OSPEA may be offered in beta. This means:
- features may change,
- some features may be experimental or incomplete,
- availability may vary.
We'll do our best to provide a stable service, but beta services may have limitations.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break or attempt to break the service,
- access data that isn't yours,
- use OSPEA for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity,
- upload or generate content that infringes third-party rights.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of content and data you submit to OSPEA.
You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.
6. Third-party services
OSPEA may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google tools). Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.
7. Intellectual property
OSPEA, its software, branding, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials except as allowed by law.
8. Availability and support
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also impose limits to protect performance and security.
9. Fees, subscriptions, and cancellation
OSPEA may offer free trials, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and custom plans. Pricing, billing interval, included usage, taxes, and currency are shown before checkout.
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Our current Merchant of Record is Paddle. By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing for the plan and billing interval you choose until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account area where available or by contacting support@ospea.io. After cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further renewal charge is made.
We do not provide partial-month or partial-period refunds except where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend paid features after a short grace period.
If we change paid plan pricing, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice before the change affects an existing subscription.
10. Disclaimers
OSPEA provides tools and recommendations. You are responsible for how you use them and for your business decisions.
We do not guarantee:
- specific rankings,
- traffic increases,
- revenue outcomes,
- or links, citations, rankings, model responses, or third-party references.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data).
- Our total liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim (or £100 if you paid nothing).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death/personal injury caused by negligence, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using OSPEA at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
13. Governing law
