Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to OSPEA, a software product operated by DUSEY SERVICES SARL, registered at The Office & Co, 17 Avenue Albert II, 98000 Monaco.

2. Free trial
OSPEA currently offers a free 14-day trial without requiring a payment card to start.
If you decide not to continue after the free trial, you can stop using the service and no subscription charge will be created from the trial alone.
3. Paid plans and renewals
If you move to a paid plan, the applicable billing interval, currency, renewal terms, and fees will be shown in the checkout flow, invoice, or written order form that applies to your purchase.
Unless we state otherwise in writing, paid subscriptions renew at the agreed billing interval until cancelled before the next renewal date.
4. How to cancel
During the current rollout, plan changes and cancellations may be handled directly by the OSPEA team rather than through self-serve billing controls.
To cancel a paid subscription or prevent renewal, contact support@ospea.io before your next billing date.
5. Refunds
OSPEA does not publish a general money-back guarantee.
Unless required by law or stated otherwise in a written agreement, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
We may review refund requests for exceptional cases such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or other situations where a refund is appropriate under applicable law or our written agreement with you.
6. Billing currency
Public pricing on the website may be displayed in EUR or GBP for convenience. The actual billing currency for a paid subscription will be the currency shown in the applicable checkout flow, invoice, or written order form.
